Delivery Policy and Timeline

Cash on delivery is available for specific products across any region in Bangladesh.

Delivery charges/courier fees apply for online deliveries.

We complete product deliveries through courier services.

The full courier charge for delivered products via courier must be borne by the buyer.

Currently, online orders may take 1 to 3 days or more for delivery.

After receiving the payment confirmation SMS, the buyer must make the payment within 3 days. If payment is made later, the product may go out of stock, or its price may change.

If the ordered product is out of stock, it will either be replaced with the buyer’s consent or the amount will be refunded.
